We have had another successful week in the Early Years and Primary section, despite the ongoing challenges we have faced with the rise in air pollution this week. The students have been demonstrating their learning animal powers and have been adaptable chameleons, with many last minute changes to ensure they have been kept safe at all times. We have had fun playing games at lunch times in the hall, where the air purifiers have been keeping the environment safe, such as indoor badminton, table tennis, tag and of course the old favourite, musical statues! In class children have been having regular brain breaks and opportunities to dance! We were all very excited that today we were able to play outside again as the situation had improved, we hope it continues in this positive trajectory.

We were also all very excited to see the Year 1 and 2 students performing in their family assembly this afternoon.
What a wonderful end to the week, it was so exciting to hear all about the adventures that the children had during Camp ĢƵ and the memories that will remain with them forever, including the teachers telling them to go to sleep! This is an event that the staff and children look forward to each year and our learners develop lifelong memories.
Thank you to all of the parents and carers for joining us today, it is always a pleasure to welcome you on campus to share with your children’s learning and experiences.

Our PE Team also held a Parent Information Session for the U11 FoBISIA Games Team who will be going to compete in the friendly games at Patana Resort in May. The team members are all excitedly preparing for the games, where they will participate in a series of competitions, athletics, swimming, T-ball and football, followed by the much awaited Gala Dinner where they will socialise with the other teams who they compete against during the week.

The Eco Ambassadors have also been busily preparing for a democratic election next week, to recruit members of the wider school to the Eco Committee. They are working on the programme for this at their club this afternoon, and these will be taking place next week in advance of their Sustainability Assembly on Friday, which is also World Earth Day.
